Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hardee (Erika)
808 S. Main St.
This
Colonial cottage style home was built in 1904 and originally
consisted of four front rooms. The master suite, guest bath,
nursery, office and laundry room were added within the past 50
years, along with the brick exterior. Special features of the
home include 12-foot ceilings, a large front porch and a
fireplace in the kitchen. A 75-year old Crepe Myrtle tree graces
the side yard and provides a beautiful view outside the kitchen
window. The feature of the home the Hardee’s enjoy the most is
the front porch swing from where they can watch passersby during
the Flowertown Festival and enjoy the delightful fragrance from
the gardenias and jasmine. They also enjoy the large, spacious
kitchen where they have enjoyed many family dinners and good
conversation. |
